Velocity Great Outdoors limited warranty
Subject to the limitations outlined below, Velocity Great Outdoors, LLC, “VGO” warrants its compact crossbows and Badger cross bows against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from date of purchase. At VGO’s sole option it will either repair or replace any approved warranty claims itself or contract with an Authorized VGO dealer to do so.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage nor does it cover “wear-and-tear” items which may be included with your bow at time of purchase, including but not limited to: strings, cables, cocking rope, bolts, batteries, arrows, broad-heads and other accessories. Further, this warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, operation or maintenance, modification of the trigger assembly , all or part , or attempted repair by anyone other any a facility authorized by VGO to service this product. This product does not cover Products sold AS- IS or with ALL Faults. This warranty is valid only in the U.S. This warranty is non-transferable.
At VGO’s sole discretion, a proof of purchase may be required to process any warranty claims. As such, the consumer should save their receipt.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMET AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER. VGO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
Warranty Claims must be processed as follows:
Call (270-231-2911) or email email@example.com-- to receive a return authorization number, “RA#”. No returns can be processed without an RA#.
VGO will then provide further instructions.
